Trade Facilitation

Keep every trade conversation moving forward.

A trade opportunity rarely fails because of a missing contact. It fails because of unclear requirements, slow follow-up, or unmanaged expectations. We coordinate both sides of the conversation until the deal reaches a clear outcome.

The Problem

Why this matters.

Live opportunities stall on unclear requirements, slow quotations, unanswered samples and mismatched expectations between two parties in different time zones and business cultures.

Who this is for

Exporters and importers with an active counterparty conversation that needs coordination to reach a decision.

Your responsibilities

  • Share accurate product, capacity and commercial information
  • Respond to clarifications and shortlists within agreed timeframes
  • Confirm pricing, terms and commitments directly with the counterparty
  • Complete final legal, tax, customs and compliance checks with your own advisors

Pathfinder responsibilities

  • Structure the requirement and agree the scope in writing before work begins
  • Apply the four-level screening framework to every counterparty introduced
  • Maintain documented, professional communication with both sides
  • Report progress at agreed intervals until the engagement reaches a clear outcome

Typical timeline

Typically 2–8 weeks, aligned to the live opportunity's own cycle.

Commercial model

Engagements may use a fixed advisory fee, milestone-based fee, success commission or a combination, depending on the agreed scope.

Limitations

Facilitation is coordination and communication support. Pathfinder Global EXIM is not a party to the contract and does not guarantee that a transaction will conclude.
